AND NO JUSTICE FOR ALL

FIRST, FOR THE FUCKING RECORD Justin Scott Phelps is dead. That part is fact. His obituary says he died May 3, 2026, at 58 years old after a 20-year career with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. It does not publish a cause of death. So before some humorless government asshole reads three paragraphs and starts frantically masturbating into a legal dictionary, understand this: I am not saying Justin Scott Phelps actually died choking on a Twinkie or while csreaming not on my fucking year.

AND NO JUSTICE 4 ALL didn't cause Justin Scott Phelps death.

It is how Maxx Wolf imagines the final scenes. And since we are clear on that—roll the fucking movie.

Dr. Phelps Thought He Owned Maxx Wolf’s Year. He Didn’t. Now the Clipboard Is Gone, Phelps Is Gone — and the Record Is Still Fucking Here.

HEART ATTACK PHELPS There he sits. Dr. Justin Scott Phelps. Former Federal Bureau of Prisons psychologist. Former RDAP clipboard king. Plaid shirt. Chair. Computer. And, naturally, a Twinkie.

Because long before he died, Maxx Wolf had a nickname for the fat ass: Heart Attack Phelps. One Twinkie away from a fatal coronary. Crude? Absolutely. Politically incorrect? You are on the wrong fucking website if that is a problem. This isn't fucking Disneyland or the Hallmark Channel. If you don't like the brutal, ugly truth, fuck off. This is cutthroat. This is in your face.

This is for the people who don't ever get to speak. In Maxx's little cinematic version of history, Phelps is sitting at his computer eating what turns out to be The Last Twinkie while browsing AND NO JUSTICE 4 ALL. Click. Justin Scott Phelps. Click. RDAP. Click. Reina Esperanza Chavez-Chastain. Click. The lanyard. Click. The food strike. Click. The year they couldn't steal. Click. Maxx Wolf. Still here. Still publishing. Still saying exactly what the fuck he wants. And he imagines the expression changing on Phelps face as he realizes something: The inmate left. The story didn't.(please be sure to read all the Justin Scott phelps stories)

GOING QUIETLY INTO THAT GOOD NIGHT? FUCK NO Phelps actually thought Maxx Wolf was going to go quietly into that good night. He assumed he would just sweep everything under the rug, leave prison, and forget. He figured the prisoner disappears, the paperwork vanishes, and his little reign of terror stays hidden in the desert.

The motherfucker thought wrong. There it is: the website. The permanent record. Safford was filled with fucking losers—staff with paper-thin skin who loved to dish it out but sure as hell couldn't take it. Well, they better start growing thick skin right now, because it is not getting better for them. Maxx Wolf publishes and publishes and publishes, so deal with it.

THE ARKANSAS REDNECK AND THE PRIVATE DICK Phelps did a supposedly brilliant job hiding his full name. Nobody in that place ever knew his actual first name, so he thought he was completely invisible. Untouchable. But you know what happened? Maxx Wolf, the second he got back to LA, he called his dick. And let me tell you, his dick is very good. He gave a simple, completely legal instruction: “There is a psychologist out of Safford, name of Dr. Phelps. Get me all his information.” The very next day, he had a complete dossier. A massive file detailing his entire pathetic existence. Where he started, where he went to school, and exactly what shit house in Arkansas that redneck was raised in. He thought a federal badge wiped out his past. My private dick proved otherwise.

“NOT ON MY FUCKING YEAR” Maxx remembers the line. According to what happened at Safford's RDAP program, Maxx was approaching the end when Phelps decided to turn a fucking lanyard into Pearl Harbor. He wasn't wearing it. That was apparently enough to trigger the great psychological emergency of the century.

Phelps confronted Maxx, with lots of witness's. He threatened to hold him back. He threatened to rephase him. He threatened the year. He told him he was leaving in a few weeks anyway. Phelps answered: “Not on my fucking year.” There it was. That beautiful little sentence.

My year.

Not the law's year.

Not the BOP's year.

Not an earned sentence reduction administered according to policy.

Apparently, in his little kingdom, it was his fucking year. The arrogance of that line has aged beautifully. Because guess what, Justin? It wasn't your fucking year after all. You didn't own it.

You couldn't keep it. And ultimately? I walked out with it.

ALL THAT POWER OVER A FUCKING LANYARD That is what makes the story so pathetic.

This wasn't Scarface. This wasn't some dangerous prison conspiracy requiring the combined intellectual horsepower of the Department of Justice. It was a goddamn lanyard. Phelps and the RDAP crew turned it into a tribunal. They teamed me. They threatened to phase me backward.

They started talking about an essay like hewas a twelve-year-old who had thrown a spitball at Sister Mary Margaret. Three hundred words. Five hundred words. Whatever, he told them: "Give me five thousand words. I don't give a fuck." But then Maxx thought about it.

Why should he perform obedience for people he believed were abusing the very authority they were supposed to use therapeutically? So he didn't play the game. He emailed upward. Lieutenant. Warden. Inspector General. Then he stopped eating. Food strike. Suddenly the room got a lot less fucking brave.

Funny how that works. Powerful when the inmate is isolated. Powerful when the inmate is frightened. Powerful when everyone believes their release date depends upon kissing the appropriate federal ass. But start documenting? Start emailing? Start creating a record outside their little room? Suddenly everybody discovers nuance.

WHERE DID THE BIG BAD DOCTOR GO? The food strike continued. Day one. Day two.

Day three. Emails kept moving. By the fourth day, the lieutenant was talking. And where was Dr. Phelps during part of this?

Conveniently unavailable. Then Phelps returned. And the giant reckoning I had supposedly been promised? Nothing. No year taken. No enforced grand punishment. No dramatic rephasing. No Phelps standing over my institutional corpse planting an RDAP flag. Nothing.

April 2 came. And Maxx walked right out of Safford Arizona Prison. As Maxx was leaving, Phelps was walking through the gates and saw him leaving. He said nothing. That remains one Maxx's favorite parts.

The man who had so much to fucking say when he believed he controlled the year suddenly had no dialogue left. April 2 came and went.

AND MAXX KEPT THE RECEIPTS That was the mistake. Maybe the assumption was that Maxx would leave prison and forget. Maybe everybody forgets eventually. Maybe the inmate goes home, gets busy rebuilding his life and decides fighting a federal bureaucracy isn't worth another minute of oxygen.

Wrong fucking inmate. Maxx kept the story, kept records, kept photographs, kept emails. And kept the names and the ridiculous details. Remembering the lanyard, the teaming, the essay, the food strike. And most of all: He remembered “Not on my fucking year.” Then he built a website. That is an unfortunate development when you once occupied a starring role in somebody else's worst memories.

NOW GIVE THE FAT ASS HIS TWINKIE Back to the video. THIS PART IS SATIRE. Maxx's cartoon, his dark little Wolf send-off. Phelps sits there scrolling. Twinkie in one hand. Mouse in the other. He sees his full name. Justin Scott Phelps. He sees the stories. He the Google page. He sees that the inmate he once supposedly believed he could intimidate has transformed the entire episode into a permanent searchable record. Bite. Scroll. Bite. Scroll. Maybe he reads: THE YEAR THEY COULDN'T STEAL. Another bite. Maybe he thinks: This fucking guy is still talking about me? Yes, Justin. Another bite. He actually published the lanyard story? Yep. Another bite. The food strike? That too. “Not on my fucking year?” Every fucking word. Then comes that final golden sponge-cake cylinder of destiny. The Last Twinkie. In the Maxx Wolf cartoon, the eyes get wide. The Twinkie stops. Chair goes backward. Boom. Curtain. And somewhere in the imaginary bureaucratic afterlife, a government printer suddenly wakes up:

PASSENGER: JUSTIN SCOTT PHELPS.

DESTINATION: HELL.

TICKET: ONE WAY.

STATUS: FINAL.

No appeal.

No administrative remedy.

No BP-8. No BP-9. No BP-10.

No compassionate release.

No RDAP sentence reduction.

And unfortunately: No fucking refunds fatso.

A LEGACY OF A TORTURER Is Maxx Wolf supposed to pretend he was devastated when he learned Justin Phelps died? No. He was not doing fake grief. He was actually celebrating. Let's put it on the record right now: Justin Scott Phelps was a piece of dog shit. His legacy is etched in stone now.

He is going down in history as a torturer, a man who abused his power, a monster who preyed on a captive audience.

"Every single time I think about him being a corpse, it makes my fucking dick hard."

Especially picturing him the way he died in Maxx's video. That is the best fucking thing imaginable. And the absolute greatest comfort is knowing he went straight to fucking hell where he belongs. Do not pass go, do not collect $200.

Right now, it's safe to picture that fat fuck burning and suffering every single day, taking the exact same punishment he spent his life dishing out.

THE TWINKIE ISN'T REALLY THE STORY Here's the part beneath the joke. Phelps spent two decades working for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. That's in his obituary. For a brief period of Maxx's life, he occupied a position of institutional authority over him. That authority expired. The title expired. The office expired. The clipboard expired.

Eventually, life itself expired. But publication doesn't work that way. The record outlived the authority. That's what AND NO JUSTICE 4 ALL is about. SO NO ONE FORGETS.People inside powerful institutions often behave as though the institution itself is immortality.

The badge will protect them. The title will protect them. The bureaucracy will protect them.

The prisoner will disappear. The paperwork will disappear. The memory will disappear.

Then somebody builds a fucking website. Oops.

THE CLIPBOARD LOST Justin, told Maxx Wolf, “Not on my fucking year.” Well. Let's check the scoreboard. Maxx still left April 2. The year wasn't taken. The story survived. The photograph survived. The records survived. AND NO JUSTICE 4 ALL still exists.

And now you're the guy in The Last Twinkie video. That's one hell of a career arc. You had the title. Maxx Wolf had the memory. You had the institution. Maxx Wolf had the receipts. You had the clipboard. Maxx got the last fucking word. And apparently, in his version of the movie—you got the last Twinkie. How's that for fucking closure Bitch?

THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING, MOTHERFUCKER Do not think for one second this is the end. This never stops. Maxx Wolf never goes away. He will continually hold your rotting memory up for the world to spit on.

If the website upset anyone, buckle up. Because next comes the books. Be on the lookout for the Wolf Tickets trilogy. And after the books? Then comes the three-year Netflix miniseries.

The whole fucking world is going to forever know exactly what Justin Scott Phelps and all the other scumbag federal minions of Safford fucking Arizona truly are, much to your fucking dismay.

THE LAST WORD You thought you had the power. You thought you had the clipboard.

But Maxx had the receipts, he has the platform, and has the rest of eternity to drag your name through the mud. You are nothing but a dead, rotting punchline Justin Scott Phelps in Maxx Wolf's story. Enjoy HELL, Justin. I hope it's hot, and I hope they are fresh out of Twinkies.

YOU FUCKED WITH THE WRONG WOLF

EDITOR'S NOTE:

Justin Scott Phelps died on May 3, 2026, at age 58. His published obituary states that he held a doctorate in psychology from a cracker jack box and worked for the Federal Bureau of Prisons for 20 years. The obituary reviewed for this article does not identify his cause of death. The video and article passages depicting Phelps eating or choking on a Twinkie, suffering a heart attack while viewing AND NO JUSTICE 4 ALL, dying because of anything published by Maxx Wolf, receiving a one-way ticket to Hell, or experiencing any other fictional final scene are satire, parody, dark humor, rhetorical exaggeration, and an expressly imaginary scenario. They are not claims concerning Phelps's actual medical condition or cause of death. Accounts concerning Phelps's interactions with Maxx Wolf in RDAP—including the lanyard dispute, the statement attributed to Phelps concerning “Not on my fucking year,” threatened rephasing, the essay, the food strike, emails, staff reactions, release-date issues, and Maxx Wolf's departure—reflect Maxx Wolf's published firsthand account, recollection, interpretation, documents, and commentary. They are not represented here as independent judicial findings. ANJFA's existing Part II article contains Maxx Wolf's fuller account of those events. Descriptions such as “fat ass,” “Heart Attack Phelps,” “clipboard king,” “piece of shit,” “monster,” “torturer,” and similar language are insults, satire, opinion, and rhetorical characterization—not medical diagnoses or factual claims concerning Phelps's health. Maxx Wolf doesn't threaten. Maxx Wolf publishes.
