AND NO JUSTICE FOR ALL

Every Friday during inspections, Warden Christian Lepe would march into our range with his little entourage of Florence losers, Captains, LTs, and COs trailing behind him, acting like he had just invaded Normandy.

Then came the inevitable temper tantrum:

“Who the fuck keeps messing with my lights?”

Here’s your answer, Lepe: everybody did. People switched off your precious new lights simply because fucking with you was funny. What did you do about it? Fucking nothing—except stomp around and throw another tantrum.

By the way how are your lights fuckface?

You were always a supposed South Central tough guy when you were surrounded by staff and performing for minimum-security campers. But campers weren’t afraid of you. Campers just wanted to finish their sentences and go home, dumbass. You mistook their restraint for fear and your federal badge for courage.

People I’ve spoken with who say they knew you at Victorville describe a different Christian Lepe—one who watched his mouth, showed respect and understood that the King Kong routine wasn’t going to impress everyone.

Funny how the South Central tough guy discovered manners when he no longer had a camp full of men protecting their release dates.

The 10 reasons Christian Lepe is a Big Pussy:

  1. The “fight me—but don’t touch me” challenge. Lepe threw down his jacket, raised his fists, announced he was from South Central, and challenged everyone to fight and called us all big pussies—then immediately warned that anyone who touched him would learn what “real prison” was like. Nothing says courage like challenging people while threatening them with government retaliation if they accept. King of Turd Island

  1. He was tough only when everyone else’s hands were tied. Lepe knew nobody could touch him without risking additional punishment—and built his entire tough-guy act around that protection. King of Turd Island

  2. He needed a chair to manufacture authority. At orientation, Lepe dragged over a chair, climbed onto it, and lectured grown men from his plastic throne before boasting, “I go home at night, were not going to be friends and the difference between you and me is, you got caught". Leadership apparently required furniture and a captive audience. Welcome to the Circus

  1. He turned Christmas morning into a piss-cup power trip. According to Maxx Wolf’s account, Lepe staged mandatory urine testing on Christmas morning, supervised the humiliation and sent anyone who failed straight to solitary. A real holiday hero—provided the holiday was National Insecurity Day. It was also the first time Lepe met Maxx Wolf. Maxx was sitting in the chapel watching a movie, waiting until the last possible minute to join Lepe’s stupid piss-test parade. Lepe marched in and demanded, “What are you doing here?” Maxx’s answer: “Praying, dumbass!” In reality, he was watching a movie and delaying the inevitable. By the way do you remember that Christian? Christmas UA Shindig

  2. He answered criticism with the SHU. Instead of publicly answering what Maxx Wolf wrote about Florence and it's staff of psycho's R us. Lepe responded by sending Maxx into isolation—freezing conditions, constant lights and psychological pressure. When a website frightens a warden more than misconduct does, the website has already won.

By the way, Lepe—how’s that working out for you? Still think you’re controlling the narrative, dumbass? I’m still writing. You’re still silent. The SHU ended. The record didn’t. Isolation Therapy Part I

  3. He sent SIS to intimidate Maxx—and they had no case. Fierro and Sims, dumb and dumbest questioned and pressured Maxx about the website, only to admit they were not filing charges and much to Maxx Wolf's disappointment, he really wanted Florence to charge him with "Freedom of Speech". They told Maxx they did not know what they were going to do with him, but he wasn't returning to the camp. That is not an investigation; it is panic wearing badges. Gestapo Tactics Part II

  4. The 3 A.M. red-truck rage show. Lepe drove onto the lawn before dawn, blasted his headlights into the barracks, pounded on the windows and screamed at half-asleep prisoners to stand for count. Apparently, his courage was strongest while everyone else was sleeping. He stormed into the range ordering us to keep the lights on, forcing everyone to scramble and put their phones away before Lepe's midnight King Kong routine reached the bunks. Nothing says “South Central tough guy” like terrorizing sleeping campers from behind headlights and a federal badge. 24 Hour Plumbing Part II

  5. He answered a camp protest with bulldozers. When prisoners skipped breakfast and lunch in protest, Lepe had the yard’s weight equipment hauled away while everyone was forced to watch. He could remove the barbells—but apparently couldn’t lift the weight of legitimate criticism.

The funniest part? Maxx Wolf was one of the men who helped start the food strike, and Lepe had no fucking idea. He could punish an entire camp, but he couldn’t identify the people actually challenging him.

Unfortunately, most of the campers had no backbone. When Maxx returned from the powerhouse, everyone had already surrendered after missing breakfast and lunch. What a fucking disappointment. Maxx would have gone without food for days—and later, at Safford Arizona Prison, he proved it.

Shortly before he left Safford, Dr. Justin Scott Phelps and Reina Esperanza Chavez Chastain tried to take away his RDAP year in what was retaliation for refusing to keep his mouth shut. Maxx stopped eating and emailed everyone he could think of—the Attorney General, the warden, the assistant warden and anyone else who might listen.

Four days later, a lieutenant called him into his office and asked him to please start eating and stop sending emails. The attention was becoming embarrassing, and people were starting to listen and pay attention. The Lt promised to do everything he could to resolve the situation. They wanted Maxx to write an additional book report. He refused.

And guess what? He still walked out on April 2, 2025. After all their games, paperwork and supposed power, they couldn’t keep him there one day longer. They tried to control the ending. They failed. Just like you Lepe.

I wrote the complete story, Lepe. You should read it. You can even ask Reina Esperanza Chavez Chastain aka "Shitstain" Chastain, I would tell you to ask Phelps but unfortunately for him, he's no longer with us, but in Hell where he belongs and getting all he deserves—but death does not erase the record.

Maxx doesn’t bluff, and he doesn’t threaten. Maxx Wolf publishes. The camp folded; Maxx didn’t so Fuck you, Lepe and fuck your shitty camp. The Yard Weights

  6. Thirteen men, four months in the hole—and no charges. “Greyhound Lottery”, thirteen prisoners were publicly selected, handcuffed and transported to the SHU, where they remained for four months without ultimately being charged. And I wasn't one of them. Lol. Punishment without proof is not strength; it is fear with a bullhorn.

     The Greyhound Lottery

  7. Lepe built a kingdom of rats and rewards. Lepe offered a $25 reward for each contraband phone discovered, helping create an approval system based on midnight searches, snitches and employees competing for “Papa” Lepe’s attention. A confident leader earns respect; an insecure one purchases informants for twenty-five bucks.

Warden Papa and Roman the Rodent

Christian Lepe was always loudest where nobody could safely answer him—a tantrum in a suit, hiding behind a badge, an entourage and the federal disciplinary system.

And by the way, fuckface: did you receive the letter I sent you before leaving your shithole prison? Hold on to it. A copy will soon enter the Evidence Room so the public can read it and decide for themselves. (I had to rewrite the entire letter by hand because—surprise, surprise—the SHU didn’t exactly provide access to a photocopier. LOL.)

Fuck you, Lepe. What are you going to do about it?

Nothing. Because, as I said, you’re a big pussy—and now the world can decide.

The Victorville role itself is publicly corroborated; accounts identify Lepe as the complex warden there. The claims about his behavior should remain attributed to the people, Victorville sources who spoke with Maxx Wolf.

Maxx Wolf doesn’t threaten. Maxx Wolf publishes.

And Maxx Wolf is still saying what he wants.
