Brian Cooper Dill also claimed to have access to luxury automobiles.
According to Maxx Wolf’s account of his spy-watch recording, Brian said he had a connection at a BMW dealership through his Ukrainian crime figure friend, Serge Mezheritsky
(also spelled Sergei Mezhereski)
Brian described the arrangement as already prepared.
Someone could walk into the dealership, collect a BMW 7 Series, and drive away.
Dave Lee raised the obvious concern:
What happens if the car gets pulled over?
Brian’s answer was simple.
Do not drive it yourself.
Hire a driver.
The broader plan, according to Maxx’s account of the recording, was not to keep the vehicle for long.
Brian discussed disposing of the cars quickly.
They could be sold.
They could be retagged.
Brian claimed to have people and body-shop connections who could handle what came afterward.
Brian described the danger as holding onto a vehicle long enough to attract attention.
In his telling, the solution was speed.
Acquire it.
Move it.
Resell it.
But even while discussing luxury cars, hired drivers, dealership connections, new tags, and body shops, Brian returned to the same central point:
The banking operation had to happen first.
The private banker.
The corporate account.
The merchant account.
The financial pipeline.
Brian said the banks would provide the money needed to support the vehicles, boats, medical transactions, and anything else he wanted to place into motion.
The BMW was the beginning of the operation.
It was one of the projects Brian said the banking pipeline would eventually finance.
But that wasn't the case.
And once again, the spy watch was recording.
And Maxx Wolf is still saying what he wants.
There is not a fucking thing anyone can lawfully do to stop lawful publication, public records, satire, commentary, and the First Amendment with teeth.
Get used to it.

Turn the stories into movies.
Keep publishing.
Keep documenting.
Keep the record alive until every name, every lie, every abuse of power, and every dirty little institutional game has nowhere left to hide.
