According to Maxx Wolf, Brian Cooper Dill was in San Francisco moving the scam forward while Maxx was in Los Angeles buried in the chaos of Killer Escort. The camera was blurry. The image was weak. The facts needed work.
But the Federal Bureau of Idiots did what it does best.
It squinted.
It guessed.
It called it certainty.
Same build.
Same general profile.
Positive ID.
Maxx Wolf says that shortcut helped turn bad footage into federal confidence, federal confidence into a bail violation, and a bail violation into another cage.
