The government record describes how career criminal, FBI informant, Brian Cooper Dill walked into an FBI interview, lied repeatedly, explained how he manufactured media mogul, William Dessler out of thin air, then pulled nearly two million dollars in pandemic relief funds for a broke associate, and walked out with a pat on the back and a clean slate to help the prosecution. Private investigative records identify two large PPP loans, a residential business address, and a trail of deliberate deception uncovered by Maxx Wolf's private investigator, Katherine Kinsey.
The money trail is not a mystery waiting for a polite audit.
It is a set of documented discrepancies that should have triggered the same aggressive, hostile verification the government applied to Maxx Wolf.
A private investigative report reviewed for this series identifies two Paycheck Protection Program loans issued to Dessler Media LLC. The first draw of $1,332,910 was approved on April 27, 2020, with 100 percent of the reported use dedicated to payroll according to the report. The second draw of $599,330 was approved on February 8, 2021, with 99 percent reported for payroll and 1 percent for utilities. Together, they totaled $1,932,240.
The report ties both loans to a residential address in Simi Valley—a modest, 1,592-square-foot rental property associated with Kyle Morgan Dill. To call this a headquarters is an insult to common sense. You could not comfortably fit those 65 ghost employees out of a shack if you stacked them like cordwood, let alone run an international fucking motion picture company with millions in monthly payroll.
The Broke Associate and the Two-Million-Dollar Lie Brian Cooper Dill—the government's star informant, career fraudster, and FBI rat—knew exactly what he was doing. When interviewed by federal agents, Brian tried to play dumb, claiming Kyle obtained a PPP loan he "believed was around one million dollars." When an informant says, "He got a million-dollar loan," what does a competent investigator do? They check it. But not Joel Seaton—our favorite Federal Bureau of Idiots dumbass. Joel just swallowed every drop of jizz Brian spewed out.
"Oh, really? Wow, okay. That's good. Well, that was nice of him to pay you back the $100,000." You stupid motherfucker. How dumb can Joel Seaton fucking be? If he's not that dumb, then he's just a corrupt motherfucker. It's one of the two, but my money is on him being the dumb motherfucker that I know he is.

Brian knew it was nearly two million because he and his brother fabricated the fake information required to secure it.
Before these loans, Kyle Morgan Dill didn't have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of. He was completely broke, living in that shitty, broken-down Simi Valley rental and spending every month begging Brian to spot him cash for rent, car insurance, and basic survival.
Yet, magically, after the federal government handed over nearly two million dollars to a company built in late 2019 with zero organic footprint, money started flowing.
The funds hit Dessler Media and were immediately funneled over to K5 (K5IVE), a newly formed company belonging to Kyle Morgan Dill. That right there is money laundering 101: the second you move illicitly obtained funds to conceal them, it's money laundering.
Brian didn't want the cash sitting in an account that might spit it back, so they converted and transferred it instantly.
As for the $100,000 Kyle kicked back to Brian under the guise of "movie costs owed," let's not insult the reader's intelligence. Where else could that money possibly have come from? Kyle couldn't pay his rent in Simi Valley, let alone bankroll independent films, without Uncle Sam's unwitting subsidy.
The Fabricated Founder.
The credibility rot deepens in the FBI's own 2021 interview summaries. Brian admitted to agents that "William Dessler" was a completely fake name used for public relations.
The investigative findings catalog how press releases pitched William Dessler as an international media titan with offices in major cities—claims backed by nothing more than stock images, a ghost footprint, and a redirecting website.
A fabricated founder and a fictional corporate empire do not materialize by accident. They are the hallmarks of a professional fraudster. Brian is a specialist in doctoring documents, manufacturing payroll reports, and putting together fraudulent loan packages that look bulletproof to lazy or incompetent lenders who didn't bother doing basic homework.
Any moron running a Google search on a 1,500-square-foot rental in Simi Valley claiming half a million dollars a month in salaries should have smelled a rat. Pardon the pun—since they're both rats, FBI rats. Instead, the SBA handed over the cash, and the FBI later handed Brian immunity for his cooperation.
Selective Skepticism and the Injustice System.
The public interest lies in the stark contrast of how justice is applied by the Federal Bureau of Idiots. The government deployed phone tracking, border data, and financial forensic teams to build an airtight narrative against Maxx and Lulu Wolf.
Yet when it came to their own cooperating source—a career criminal who lied through his teeth on his first two 302s before finally adjusting his story on the third—they offered zero scrutiny.
Look at the double standard. Michael Douris, a 75-year-old confined to a wheelchair, went to prison camp—where he met his friend Maxx Wolf—serving a 30-month sentence over a $240,000 PPP loan for a real corporation. Why? Because his son, who had no record, applied for it while Douris carried a minor felony conviction from 20 years prior.
The government threatened Douris with ruining his son's life unless he signed a plea agreement, throwing the book at a wheelchair-bound old man.
Douris gets crushed for a fraction of the amount because of bad luck, while Brian Dill gets a free pass because his lies made the government's lazy job easier. When the Department of Justice asks courts and juries to trust a compromised informant, it assumes absolute responsibility for investigating that informant with the exact same ruthless intensity it directs at everyone else.
Instead, they protect their own informants while two deadbeat grifters fabricate a fake persona, loot two million dollars in taxpayer funds, turn it into four movies sold to Disney for profit, lie repeatedly to federal agents, and walk away with a handshake.

Because when you're a multi-billion-dollar entertainment monopoly, ignorance is not bliss—it's complicity. Enter Lance Robbins, an ex-Disney insider who acted as the conduit, ushering the FBI rat and his baby brother rat right through the Magic Kingdom's front doors. Nobody at Disney bothered to ask how two broke-ass grifters suddenly had millions in liquid cash to bankroll four movies.
They just took the money and looked the other way. The reality is painfully obvious: those funds were illegally diverted from PPP loans. By failing to ask the most basic due diligence questions, Disney didn't just get duped; they became an active accomplice to pandemic money laundering.
